Yes. Financing options are available for qualifying purchases, making it easier to invest in the fireplace you've been dreaming about without paying for everything upfront. 

Sometimes things happen, we understand and will try to accommodate your scheduling needs. In the event that you can reschedule, then we will gladly apply your deposit to the job at the rescheduled time.

However, if you have placed a deposit on a project and you are completely cancelling the project, there may have to be a charge to cover costs incurred to get the project setup. There are administrative, job site and materials costs that we usually absorb in our pricing when you do the work with us. When you cancel and don’t reschedule, these costs cannot be absorbed. We regret this but without treating you fairly and asking you to pay what your project rightfully used of our time and resources, we would then have to unfairly try to pass that along to other customers who don’t deserve that additional charge.

Most standard chimney sweeps take approximately 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the condition of the chimney, the amount of buildup present, and the complexity of the system.

Our team will set aside 2 hours for your service call to ensure your service is never rushed and our technicians can discuss the health of your chimney with you.

If additional concerns are discovered during the service, your technician will discuss any recommendations before performing additional work.

We recommend removing any decorative items, fragile objects, or furniture located immediately around the fireplace or stove area before your appointment. Please ensure our technicians have clear access to the appliance and work area. 

Other than that, we'll take care of the rest. Our team uses professional equipment and protective measures to keep your home clean throughout the service.

• A Level 1 inspection is a routine visual evaluation recommended for regularly maintained systems with no known issues.
• A Level 2 inspection provides a more comprehensive assessment and is commonly required during home sales, after system changes, or following damage events.
• A Level 3 inspection is reserved for situations where hidden hazards or structural concerns are suspected and may require access to concealed areas of the chimney system.
